Prelude... Time: Friday... from dusk 'til
dawn The gangz: P' Mu, Boon, Knot, P' Boy, Krit, Oad, Choke, Mew, Por, C, P' Jamorn, Ton^ (car), O', Day, Khun Aun+ and, of course, me! |
Background... First of all, I would like to show the preparations behind the scene which happen in every inches of the north house. The little factory is preparing por-piey, kiew, kiew-sa, aromatic duck, chueng fun, pak choy in oyster sauce, salapao, and many more. |

The party... Basically, it was the first time of our eating competition. we all started eating while we were cooking the food. Some yummy dishes such as kiew-sa or por-piey could not show themselves in the main party since they were eliminated (=eaten) once they came out of the pan. Similarly, one duck was gone before the real party start as well. Anyhow, we still have plentty of food left (for the whole night) as you may notice in these pictures @^_^@ |
Cake time... Nong^ C kindly cooked a really delicious cake for me. I still remember that he first asked me which ingredient that I like most and he will try to cook a nice cake with it. Anyway, I'm a kind of person who can eat anything (oops!) so I let him chose the ingredient himself and it turned out so nice (along with many other desserts from lots of friends). |

A good long night ... I have got two lottories (Although, my luck is not comming yet = not win) and two digital video cameras. My friends here wish to give one for me and the other one for khun Aun+ to let us keep contact because I'm about to return home (Thailand @^_^@). Afterwards, we have got a long night with some late guests (2am) and enjoying karaoke & mahjong game, which we all really played 'til dawn. |

II :: 8 March 2004 -- "A birthday party" |
Monday... On my real birthday, I have organise only a little party with a group of close friends (Khun Aun+, P' Boy and Sab). A bit sad that Leo was not around Cambridge that time. The party is very simple... a nice meal in Old Orleans with friends and an 'under-candle' dessert in Fizbillies with khun Aun+ @^_^@. |

Wednesday... My birthday could not be complete without P'Mod (I still miss my time living in the same house with her). We decided to go out and eat in my so-called birthday party (due to a discount!) in Bella Pasta, which is P' Mod's favorite restaurant. Pang^, a new PhD student in computer science, has also become my victim in the event (hehe). BTW, the dessert there is really excellent :') |
