The first day that I arrived Tokyo. Undoubtly, I went to Akihabara -- the electronic heaven -- in order to buy a digital camara in my dream @^_^@

Therefore, the picture on the left is the first picture taken by my little Olympus x300 by a very helpful & friendly saleman.

The picture on the right is the photo of a faithful dog which had waited for his pass-away master for 11 years in front of the Shibuya trainstation.

The place that I fell in love in Tokyo is the Maijin Shire nearby a frustrated Harajuku area. It is a quiet traditional shire laying deep in the forest (actually, a nice green park) in the metopolitan Tokyo.

The picture on the left is a big wooden gate at the front and the picture on the right is an entrance to the shire.

Along the way, there are many interesting things to be collected as a good food for thought. What I like most is the simple but elegant of Japanese way of life :)
I was so lucky during my visit because there was a very beutiful traditional wedding ceremony in the main courtyard (picture on the left). So, I enjoyed being here admiring every bits of Japanese tradition so much @^_^@

Nearby is the area of two different world. The left is a fashion road for high-class people (I forgot the name of the road but the Lonely planet said it is a Cham-Elle-See' of Japan). The right photos are taken at its next door neighbour... the shopping street for teenagers (right) and the famous Harajuku station where tons of self-confident teenagers dress up in various style of custumes.

I spent time enjoying a new experience here, watching a number of teenagers dressing up and hang around with friends. The shop that catched my attention most is a 'Crepe' shop with variety style of cold crepe (e.g. with ice-cream or cheese cake!). A sample of it that I have tried is really huge, beautiful and yummy!

Hurr... I really forgot where did I took the photo on the left. It is another famous get-together area of Tokyo where you can see a big screen and nice dressing up ppl. Probably, it is the north-east of Shinjuku area.... Umm...

The right is a strange 'buffalo' building of Asakusa. I think the idea is so great but a bit scary in a sense.

The impressive goverment building (head quater) with beautiful modern art...

I went to Uno -- a museum & park arean in the north of Tokyo -- quite late in the evening. Therefore, it was a bit quiet but still... very beautiful indeed.
Then, I continued my journey to Asakusa. The place where I am quite like (a bit less then the Majin Shire -- however, I came here twice! because of souvenior shop and good traditional Japanese restaurants).

Asakusa is very famous for its two red latern at the outer and inner gates.

Along the way from the first gates there are tons of shops, small laterns and sakura trees (+ tons of tourists/group tours as well).

The main theme of this temple is obviously as you may have already seen: "red".

In the inner most gate, there are two big shoes as large as the pair I've seen in Kamakura (see the picture above and on the left).

The main shire has a golden important status (unfortunately, I forgot)... which the shire forbit all visiter to enter (Thus, we can see from a distance -- using a 'zoom' function of my new digital camera ^_^)

There are many strange traditional Japanese believes for me to learn here... such as a fortune smoke (above right); the lucky donation box (if you can toss your coin in it) and the way a number of people dressed up in their traditional dresses (Kimono) to the shire ^_^

Beside all those ancient area, I also went to the modern area too (but didn't like them much because they can be found in many countries. For example, the Tokyo tower (right) and the tokyo international forum (modern conference center on the left & above) ..^_^..
